Why we like it:
Crémant refers to sparkling wine made in France but outside of Champagne. Bruno Dangin's wines are within a stone's throw of the Champagne region, just on the other side of the border closer to Chablis. For those of you that enjoy Chablis, this is an excellent addition to your collection. All of the minerality and freshness of Chablis with the added fun of bubbles.
