Why we like it:
Étienne is a talented winemaker who is producing wonderful Champagne. This wine was originally an experiment with a historic family plot and the lesser known grape varieties in the region. The resulting wine is produced in tiny quantities (originally one barrel) and is stellar. This is a deep dive into the world of Champagne as Étienne pays tribute to those that came before him which allows him to make the stellar wine that he now produces.
