Huré Frères Mémoire Champagne

What it is:

10% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir, 45% Pinot Meunier. From the perpetual reserve system that was started back in 1982. From the Champagne region of France.

Why we like it:

From the family's perpetual reserve started in 1982. The concept for the reserve is to use a bit of it every year and top up the portion that you used with the new vintage's wine. Over the past forty years the wines that are inside of the vat continue to age and evolve. This bottle consists entirely of wine sourced from the perpetual reserve. This is very, very good Champagne.
