Lieu Dit is a winery that was made with the goal of producing wines that are highly enjoyable for winemakers' days off. The wines are serious, sourced well and made beautifully. By introducing grape varieties from the Loire Valley, Lieu Dit is able to make fresh, readily enjoyable wines that are interesting and refreshing. This wine is for those that enjoy Sauvignon Blanc without a lot of oak or the heavy grassy notes from New Zealand.
