100% Sauvignon Gris from the village of Saint-Bris in the Burgundy region of France.
Why we like it:
This is a deep dive into Burgundy. Sourced from a tiny village outside of Chablis this is definitely a question on a high level Sommelier exam. Made from Sauvignon Gris which was almost entirely torn out due to its small yields. This is a rare gem and is easily enjoyed. It's a subtle, mineral driven and delicious wine.
