Pol Roger has a long history with the Royal Family as one of their preferred Champagne houses. Pol Roger is a house that always delivers exceptional Champagne and makes it in a true artisan style. They are one of the last houses to employ a full team to hand riddle every bottle, all the way to their standard Brut bottling. A team of people go underground every day and turn thousands of bottles a quarter turn. This process is the traditional way of moving the lees to the neck of the bottle for disgorgement. This is one example of the unrelenting attention to detail at Pol Roger. This bottling of their Blanc de Blancs is a special treat that is getting harder and harder to secure.
