How do I rate the wines?Open tab
Once you've purchased the membership make sure you create a profile on our website. From there you will be able to see all the wines that have been sent to you in previous months, simply then click on a wine and rate it. We love to keep track of what you think so we can make sure we continue to send you wines we think you will love!
Is there a minimum commitment?Open tab
Nope! You can cancel at any time, just make sure to do it before the next billing date. If you only want to be a member for 1 month that is fine with us, we are just happy you gave it a shot!
What happens if I get a bad or off bottle?Open tab
Send us an email and let us know as soon as you can. Keep the bottle and don't pour it down the sink. We will be able to refund the bottle or provide you with a new one.
Can I change teirs?Open tab
Yes, no problem! Just send us an email and we can make the change.
Can I pause the membership?Open tab
Technically no, we don't have that option but cancel at any time and you can always join again whenever you are ready.
When will I receive my wine?Open tab
We start shipping the wine on the 15th of every month so your wine should show up within the next few days.
What happens if I subscribe after the 15th of the month? When will I get my wines?Open tab
You will get your wines the following month after the 15th. For example, if you sign up on the 20th day of the month, you will only receive your first shipment the following month after the 15th.
